"I stayed in the older part of the property views were amazing but apartment a little dated. A lot of the doors from our building to the other building where other members of our group were staying were not working found it hard to move around facility. "

Not so much in the dinner menu but the staff advised that they can prepare vegan food on request. Amenities provided were above par. Cleanliness level was good. Amazing views for the sunset. Pool was clean and well maintained. Pro Tip:- Some of the room types are available at ground and first floor. If you use third party sites to book your stay, it is a good idea to call them and say that you want a room at the first floor for better views. By default they assign a room at ground floor, so even if you have marine view room, it will be a restricted view. First floor rooms have balconies and better views. "

"Very clean and tidy, we stayed with a 10 year old and 4 week old, not very practical having the main bed inches away from the walls on both sides to have the bassinet next to the bed. Otherwise super clean, lovely modern amenities and easy check in and out process. "

"The Crystalbrook in Newcastle was a pleasant stay for a weekend. The rooftop bar was great, though very busy and they weren't wrong - you need to book for dinner! The room was great, everything is fairly new so it was clean and not worn out. Location is walkable to lots of local attractions, Darby St and the waterfront are all walkable if you're able to. "
