"The staff at the counter don't seems to be able communicate effectively. We checked in quite late and we were told about dinner need reservation before specific time resulting we headed out nearby ramen shop but were not accepting anymore customer. We went back to our room and order for room service but was declined because the staff couldn't speak english. We snacked on our biscuit at the end as our dinner."

"We stayed here again after our last visit in 2016. I love this property though it was quite aged and thus may not be the best option for some considering it is not cheap (half board though). I have no issue with the higher price as we enjoyed the food. As we stayed 2 nights this time, they provided us with a special dish during the second dinner. I really enjoyed myself. "
