The hotel is well maintained, and the rooms are clean and well-organized. The open-air hot spring is especially wonderful, and the buffet dinner is also very delicious, especially Sukiyaki and self cooking steamed-rice are highly recommended. I love this property though it was quite aged and thus may not be the best option for some considering it is not cheap (half board though). Everything was perfect. Room condition, Service, Rotenburo was great. I’d like to give exceptional thank to chef Sakaguchi, that she made unforgettable moment for my family. It was definatedly more than great. But except one. At the last day’s morning aroun 8AM, when I asked flu pill and dringking water for my wife, a boy at front desk (couldn’t get his name yet you would know) told me to have tap water is dringkable. I have lived Japan 2 years before, so I DO know the situation. I met several “those kind of people” here, No excuse. I got bottled water from other cleaning officer after then, however you’d better to do place diciplin for the issue. Yet the population were relatively less than average. I admit.
