Everyone was a joy to work with. The breakfast was very nice and the location does not get better if you are taking the train. They even give us two colours for both of my wife and me. How thoughtful! We had the parking for free as well. Also, the breakfast was fabulous and the staff were super friendly. It was a pity that there is no onsen facilities. Only downside was the pillows which are badly smelled, maybe aged one carrying strong sweat smell…. Upon my request, two pillows were exchanged to another ones but still one was bad. Having great experience overall, I could give 5 points unless I came across such an incident.
