The breakfast was delicious and server was courteous and very friendly. The room was comfortable, clean, nice bed. The wifi was super fast. The parking attendant was very helpful and check in and out were super easy. Great service and nice stay overall. Love the ramen always, yogurt drinks and ice cream. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The other guests were very considerate, which made the stay even more pleasant. We stayed in the Japanese-style room with tatami mats, that came with a huge bath tub. The true highlight for us was the natural Moor onsen - it was so calming and perfect for unwinding after a chilly day exploring Obihiro. It definitely helped us relax and recharge.
