I’ve stayed at the royal suite, Excellent hotel, friendly staff and very helpful,excellent room. Outstanding things: 1. We arrived very late at night 12am, They kindly prepared a complimentary dinner at our room for us, which was extremely helpful as all restaurants were closed. 2. The heated pool at the suite is amazing and it was such a standout that it will make us come back again specifically for this feature.

‘Extra Charge Holiday’ would be a more accurate description of this holiday. Extra charge of $10 to for the gym, $10 to use the sauna, $10 to use the jacuzzi. 42 euro for a bottle of local sparking wine. The quality of food in the buffet was extremely poor and tepid. My wife and I have had food poisoning for 4 days. We were unable to sit by pool or on private beach without being constantly harassed (sometimes 15 times a day) by hotel approved sellers to book trips. Staff were generally very friendly and helpful.

The service and the rooms are good. However the quality of the food and variety was poor. Need to be careful as I got a stomach bug which is common in Egypt but it usually comes from local water and the drinks they use with ice are using tap water and fruit and veg is washed with tap water.
