In case you would like to ruin your trip and live in a dirty room, choose this hostal. It was our worst experience ever. Very dirty and noisy. We run away to another hotel eventhough the room was not refundable because we could not sleep in such a disgusting place.

beware the shared room doors do not lock, so anyone can walk in. the bathroom had mould growing and the walls in the room all had stains and a hole in. there was also electrical wires hanging out of a plug in the wall.

My fault I apparently didn’t read the fine print- NO AIR CONDITIONING. It was hot the first night and I was unable to sleep. 2 nd night I was able to open the window as the temp dropped. Clean. Staff was good. But also note there are 4 Woo-hop’s in Madrid. I also booked different hostal than my family.

Las fotos no se parece mucho a lo que realmente es , es bastante céntrico pero tampoco servía muy bien el aire y no es baño completo sino que (medio baño) ya que si hay que compartir con los demás, para 1 o 2 noches está bien este lugar sino te incomoda los puntos anteriores

Helt ok viss du sammenligner med prisen på oppholdet, renslig & ok fasiliteter midt i byen. Anbefales for gjennomreisende. Viss du er ute etter komfort og privatliv, så er det ikke å anbefale. Personellet var meget imøtekommende og hyggelige.
