Great location, Great apartment

Great place, would definitely stay again! Convenient to metro, great local bars and minutes from plaza mayor!

Beautiful apartment in lively neighborhood

Great location very close to 2 Metro stops, lots of restaurants, shopping, grocery store. Walk to Plaza Mayor, Palace, Retiro Park, and more. Street noise was loud Friday and Saturday night, but if you stay out late it is not a problem. Beautiful apartment, lots of room.

Das Appartment ansich ist in Ordnung, Küchenutensilien fehlen etwas. Ansonsten wurde unser Urlaub von Baulärm überschattet. An der Außenfassade stand ein Gerüst , was mit einem grünen Schutzvorhang versehen war. Durch diesen Vorhang, konnten wir nicht nach draußen sehen. Die Bauarbeiter fingen ab 8 Uhr morgen an die Fassade zu streichen, am Abreisetag wurde dann noch das Gerüst mit einem Laubbläser gereinigt, sodass es zu einer massiven Geräuschbelästigung kam. Außerdem fühlten wir uns durch das Gerüst nicht sicher in der Wohnung, da hierdurch eine Einbruchsgefahr bestand! Leider kein Entgegenkommen vom Vermieter.

Gesamt sehr gut

Lage top, Sauberkeit super, Begrüßungsbier, Check-in keine Probleme.Wir waren im Winter für uns hat die Temperatur in der Wohnung gerade so gepasst.
