Temporary Rental Flat. Apartment 15 minutes from the theme park, Casa de Campo zoo, Plaza de España and Quirón Pozuelo de Alarcón Hospital. Metro at the door, no more than 5 minutes walking with direct line to Madrid city centre.



Refurbished in 2023 and decorated with exquisite taste, taking care of every detail and functionality of the apartment



Ideal for 6 people, but up to 8 people can live here who wish to spend a few days or live for a season due to work, studies, or any other reason, 15 minutes from the heart of Madrid.

Mit Familie und Auto in Madrid

Wir haben uns als 6köpfige Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. 3 Schlafzimmer mit 3 Doppelbetten und eine große Wohnküche bieten genügend Platz. Die Klimaanlagen temperieren alle Räume auch bei 34 °C, auch wenn nicht in jedem Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage ist. 2 Fahrstühle im Haus helfen in den 5. Stock zukommen und vor der Tür findet man in einem angenehmen Wohnviertel praktisch immer einen kostenfreien gefühlsmäßig sicheren Parkplatz. Wir konnten von dort in 15 Minuten zum Freizeitpark und 25min zum Zoo gehen. Die Metro ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt, aber wir fuhren mit dem Auto in die Stadt. Wir fühlten uns wohl und kommen gerne wieder.
