The apartment includes a great buffet breakfast in our restaurant and it is located in the heart of Madrid, in a privileged location just a few minutes from the Gran Vía. The apartment consists of 1 low ceiling bedroom with double bed with a beautiful sloping ceiling typical of the construction of the center of Madrid, a living room with a sofa-bed for two people, split air conditioning in the living room and portable fan in the bedroom, heating, 1 modern and spacious bathroom, equipped with towels and personal hygiene products.

In the kitchen you will find the necessary equipment for 4 people: refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, microwave, crockery and table and kitchen utensils, kettle, coffee maker and sandwich maker; It also has a dining area. All the comfort to be at home.

Ask for a baby cradle or high chair for your baby should you need it.

It is strictly forbidden to use the accommodation and facilities for parties, events or any other noise that disturbs the good coexistence and rest with other neighbors and guests of the building.

We offer you a luggage storage service at our premises during office opening hours, being the cost of the service 3€/piece.
