"Quick and easy check in. Room had been recently renovated and had everything needed and was very clean throughout with soft fluffy towels and fresh smelling linens.
Food was great quality both at breakfast and from the main menu later in the day. Make sure you book if you want a table for dinner as it is very popular.
All staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. "
"We absolutely loved our stay at the Royston. We both opted in for the 3 course dinner and the food was excellent. Worth staying in a wet Welsh evening. We really appreciated how as a dog friendly establishment they cater for our dog. Treats in a room and lots of fuss.
Lovely small touches like fresh homemade cookies in the room , great full cooked fry up in the morning. Great sized room , with en suite . "
"The property was clean, well maintained, comfortable, and met all our needs. The location was great with groceries across the street and a short walk to the town center. Ran into some communication difficulties with check in but once we got that sorted everything else was perfect. "

We stayed a Saturday and was above bar which was noisy till 12.30 .

"The property itself is a destination. Great views great proximity to area attractions. Units are large and very spacious. We loved the experience would go back 100%."
"This was an amazing find. The cabin is so well thought out, comfortable, and located in such a beautiful area. This place is one of our favorite stays of more than a dozen in the last year. "
"Had a lovely stay here for the week, we had the prefect weather for it also and the views were lovely from the cabin looking out.
The only thing I would say Expedia isn’t showing how many pets you are allowed when you book, only says pet friendly we have two huskies "
Beautifully renovated two bedroom cottage in the heart of the Dyfi Valley
10/10 Excellent
"We came down for a few days bike riding. Lovely, cute, cozy cottage right in the middle of town within walking distance of all amenities. Very well equipped. Warm and comfy. Communication with the host was excellent. Would thoroughly recommend "
"Generally a good experience, but with reservations. A hotel of character, much nicer than bland city tower blocks, but ready for overall refurbishment. Very un-green: no double glazing anywhere I saw. Room cleaning skimpy - glass shelf over sink always left unwiped, tea provisions not topped up adequately, bath not wiped round. Food excellent quality, well prepared. More choice of breakfast buffet items would be welcome. If you are solo and book in advance for dinner, be aware that you might find your table is in the remote and spartan reception/corridor area, not the actual restaurant - staff said they wished the restaurant was larger, which sounded like they routinely over-book. Convenient location for public transport- bus stops round the corner and railway station about ten minutes walk. "
