The hotel lovely and clean food was amazing and the staff can't do enough for you .We found them to be very helpfull and polite addressing and queries we had .The entertainment was good a very relaxed atmosphere. It's in a good position that you can get to all the sights and sounds of blackpool on your door step .Found it easy with the tram stop just out side the hotel perfect spot .I would highly recommend your hotel to all my friends .So thankyou for a loverly stay in blackpool I will certainly be returning soon"

"Bathroom could do with some money spent to fix the broken tiles on the floor and give it some good cleaning in the shower area. Shower was adequate itself. Bed was comfortable and pillows were not hard so we slept well. Breakfast was buffet style help yourself with unlimited coffee and tea. For a budget room 223 it was as expected For what we paid "

"Long wait to check in only one receptionist . This is an old hotel that is trying to survive on the bare minimum..would not recommend it. It is a dump. I was overcharged $900 for one night still trying to get it back."
