The hotel itself is incredibly well kept, the facilities are maintained at a very high standard and I was impressed with the attentiveness of all staff. The concierge service made booking tables at restaurants very easy and getting around Florence was made seamless by the recommendations and helpfulness of the staff. The pool is amazing and the breakfast was perfect. Could not fault it. The drinks and service was top notch and I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel and I will definitely look to return here in the future."

"The room was very specious, the hotel is located right across from the train station so location is ideal. The room I stayed in had a small terrace with a small sofa and a chair overlooking the main road. Despite being in a very busy location the room was well isolated and there was no voice. A tram station is just out the door and I will definitely stay here again."
