For the high cost of our basic room, I would have expected more. The 4th floor smelled of old gravy all weekend long, the elevator smelled of hot garbage. Our room was fine upon first glance. Then I noticed toothpaste that had not been cleaned off the bathroom wall, mirror had something sprayed on it, and our shower was missing one of its glass sliding doors. It was a busy weekend so we just dealt with it all rather than requesting another room after we had already settled in. However, I would suggest booking elsewhere at this price. 4 star prices with a 2 star experience.

The property was clean. In a GREAT location!!! The breakfast was good and the people in the lounge were fantastic. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are a great size. The issue we had was the room was not properly stalked. You would expect at $600 plus a night the bathroom toiletries would be stalked. We had to call front desk for the toiletries to be refilled. When they were delivered the person handed us the refill bottle and said we needed to do it ourself. I would expect when the room is vacated prior to the next check in the cleaning staff would have taken care of this! Upon check out I spoke to the front desk and they were very apologetic and proceeded to process a % discount which we appreciated. Overall this was a great place to spend a few nights!!! Would definitely stay here again!!!
