We had a good stay at Lord Nelson. The hotel is beautiful and the room was clean. Hotel restaurant and bar had great food and drinks! The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The standard queen bed rooms are quite small and felt crowded with 2 people and 2 suitcases, but it wasn’t too bad for a few nights. Our only real issue was the noise. We could hear guests in other rooms talking at a low volume, in the hallways, and cleaning staff. I understand that happens at hotels, but this one was particularly noisy. Otherwise, great stay!

La salle de bain était très mal insonorisée. On entendait toutes les conversations de nos voisins. Le respect de notre intimité a été bousculé par l'arrivée inopinée d'un employé qui a pénétré dans notre chambre sans cogner à la porte malgré la présence d'une enseigne à notre poignée indiquant que nous ne voulions pas être dérangés. L'entrée de l'hôtel est bizarre et mal conçu. Cet hôtel est un 4 étoiles malgré ses prétentions de s'affirmer comme un 5 étoiles et malgré les prix à 500$ la nuitée.

Always fantastic - rooms are beautiful and thoughtfully laid out. Views are stunning, staff are excellent, and the amenities keep us coming back. Close to everything on the waterfront and downtown. Superb!
