We had an excellent experience during our stay. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and attentive. Valet parking service was also top-notch — very helpful with luggage and always ready to open doors and assist. The room itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with a nice view as well. We only stayed for one night, so we didn’t get to explore everything, but overall it left a great impression. If I had to mention one minor drawback, it would be the bathroom layout. There were quite a few doors — one for the toilet, another for the shower, etc., all designed for dry-wet separation, which is good in theory, but in practice the number and direction of the doors felt a bit awkward and made the space slightly cramped. That aside, everything else was wonderful. The location is excellent — just a 5 to 10-minute walk to the waterfront. Very convenient, and highly recommended.

Noticed a stain on the comforter what we slept on, good thing there was a sheet, there was a good amount of dust on the tv and surfaces. Bathroom was clean, and serve was pretty good, when I called they answered. The pool was small and cold, and right beside us is the gym. It’s awkward for both parties cause you can see each other. The glass should at least be blackened out. The building needs to be redone. At least upgrade for the money you’re paying for the rooms.
