"This hotel worked perfectly for me; arriving on a late flight and being able to walk directly into a hotel room from the terminal. The room is tiny and there isn’t a window, but the price is reasonable and who needs a window for a short overnight stop? I will definitely stay there again."

"The Gatwick Hoppa shuttle bus is located on stop 11 on the north terminal. Not the opposite of Premier Inn as the airport staff says. The shuttle bus drops you off at the front door of Holiday Inn north side. Very convenient. The desk staff are kind to handle your luggage’s when you arrive too early for check-in time. In the lobby there are seating with charging port while you wait. Plus, you can order food and drinks."

"From arrival to departure everything was perfect. Reception were great, checkin was smooth, we parked in the hotel multi storey, the rooms were lovely and comfortable especially the bed. We had a delicious breakfast. Will definitely use again."

"Basic last minute family room after our original property let us down. Fair price for what you got. Didn't like the strong smell of air freshener on the first night felt like it was an attempt to mask something as could have sworn we smelt cannabis around the landing etc the first night, gone the second night and we only stayed the two nights. Window in the room was hard to close properly and lots of loud traffic all the time. Staff was friendly and had banter , shop and petrol station across the road and close enough to where we needed to go. Fair property for the money especially last minute."
