"Very new hotel. Secure lift (need keycard to get to guest floors), restaurants, room service, many electrical outlets and USB ports, shower has door to keep water in. They had the couch made up for my daughter upon check-in."

"The family room was just the right size for our visit. It was compact, but good for a place to sleep. My toddler could reach all the switches and the tv, which made it a bit difficult to keep her away from. The staff were kind and generous during our visit by providing coloring sheets and cereal when they asked. Our room didn’t get serviced the first time it was requested, but eventually was the following day. Easy access to a Pizza Express and a Welcome Break which make it convenient when wanting to get something to eat and relax in the room for the evening. Easy parking. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent."
