"Amazing employees; the reception team, bar tenders, restaurant waiting staff and the luggage porters are all fantastic and are a credit to the hotel. The hotel also has a beautiful lobby and lounge/bar area. The Dirty French restaurant is fabulous too. My only complaint is that booking a high floor room with city view does not mean you will get to stay in a room on a high floor nor one that has a “city view”. I booked 2x skybox loft suites which are marketed as being located on high floors...

"The rooms are small but clean and about as comfortable as one could expect. We had loud neighbors but that's not the hotel's fault. I needed to iron a shirt after travel. Unfortunately, it was a white shirt and the iron was dirty. Not good!"

"I lived in NYC for 5 years and travel to this wonderful city 4-6x a year. This has been the best hotel I've stayed at for so many reasons. Location!!! A couple of blocks away from SoHo, Bowery, LES and Nolita. Shopping, restaurants, bars, parks, bodegas, grocery stores were literally steps away. Amazing lounge bar, great restaurant, beautiful rooftop view, lockers for your luggage, clean and decent size rooms, great Customer Service. Anything Ian Schrager touches is pure gold.⭐️"
