"No kettle or toaster - hot water was hit and miss until the plumber arrived after 4 days - mold and damp on the ceilings and walls - shutters on windows didn’t all work - no door in freezer compartment- warm when the heating was on but it was on a timer that you had no control over - no mention the pool was closed at this time of year and when you saw it’s condition needed draining and repainting - the property manager did her best to resolve issues and all credit to her but the property complex was poorly maintained and lacked investment- it could be so much better - I will be requesting some financial reimbursement but as we have never had to do this before am unfamiliar with how we go about this"

"The house is beautiful. Amazing view and a nice location. There are bus stations nearby and the restaurants are very local and give you a real Spanish experience. A super friendly house owner. He helped us with for example booking a taxi and gave us good reccomendations for things to do and visit and restaurants and if we wanted to we could contact him for everything. Excellent customer service. The beds are good, but a little stiff for me. For the rest the house was clean and nothing to improve."
