"The property was simply spectacular. Safe walking to historic churches and a castle. The staff was over the top helpful. The restaurant was excellent. Not sure I have ever been to a nicer hotel."

"This is the perfect place to stay. You can't go wrong. We had a wonderful time. The staff was amazingly helpful and room was spectacular. The heart of Vienna. Walking distance of virtually everything. We give it our highest marks."
"Very nice vey creative hotel. Located in heart of the car-free shopping street: Mariahilfer Straße.
Hotel has a wonderful roof top bar and music theme throughout…they even had a record player-turntable to play free albums on loan from lobby. The only reason i gave 4 stars for condition was because our room’s wallpaper was peeling at the ceiling line. I reported to front desk upon checkout. "
"I’d say this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Service was excellent, the staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was so clean! One small recommendation is to have a selection of pillows available for guests to choose from (a pillow menu in other hotels I have stayed in), as the ones in my room were very flat and not supportive. "
