We had booked the Spanish Riding School and it is just a 5 minute walk. The location is immense, right in the centre, 2 minute walk from Stephansplatz underground. The hotel is lovely, traditional, yet very comfortable and has beautiful breakfast room with a good selection of breakfast. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Only downside was our internal room (403) was sooooo hot!! Our 2 windows looked into a central atrium, so we missed having a view to the outside or chance of fresh air. The ceiling fan was on constantly but was noisy. Aircon is fitted but not yet commissioned. The bathroom was immaculate with lovely toiletries, but a small step up into the bathroom which we kept tripping over!! Robes and slippers are provided and the room as compact yet comfortable.
