"Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. "Lovely size very private outdoor space. Nearest shop about 3 miles away through windy country lanes - not suitable for walking with dogs. A little too remote for us. Had to drive about 20 minutes to find beautiful off lead walks for dogs (Bishops Wood was lovely). Great open plan lounge, dining and kitchen. Lots of natural light. Owners dropped by to make sure we were settled in - very friendly."
