"Beautiful, clean room and very spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Spa ok, not the cleanest, hair on floor. Pool was nice. Great being able to walk into Oxford along the Thames river path. Would definitely stay there again."

"Good location but the hotel itself was a bit run down. The bedroom was basic and the tele wouldn’t work. Uncomfortable bed and the pillows like rocks. My bedroom 71 was located directly by an access door to the floor and was noisy up till midnight starting again at 5:00am. Extremely noisy in general with people shouting down corridors in the night. Not a very relaxing experience after a long drive and a busy next day."

The atmosphere was quite relaxed, which was very enjoyable. My only minor suggestion would be regarding the bed, which I personally found to be a bit firm. Aside from that, I would gladly stay again and highly recommend it."
