Oozing with industrial chic, Tyers Gate II is a sleek two-bedroom warehouse conversion in the heart of the city. Exposed beams and stripped back brick walls nod towards the origins of the building; now transformed into a stylish, open space with everything a small family, couple or business traveller could need while visiting the capital. Much of the home’s colour palette is set by the neutral tones of the brick and wood; contrasted by the mustard and navy shades of the soft furnishings and vibrant art pieces in the lounge area. An open-plan design creates a sociable space for everyone to gather; a dining table sits behind the sofa, and opposite this is a hidden kitchenette - uncovered by rolling back the wooden doors.
