I have returned to this Hilton Garden Inn many times. It is well-run and convenient to the Tube and to LHR. The staff are very cordial and helpful. The rooms are nice, the amenities good. (They also have a very good breakfast, though I did not have time to join them this time.)

Perfect spot for a quick overnight stay before our early morning flight. Rooms were clean and super quiet even being so close to the airport. One little hiccup we experienced was getting stuck in the elevator, but the staff was super responsive and addressed the situation promptly. The breakfast was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS…not the typical hotel continental breakfast we’ve had at other hotels. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Stayed at Hilton Garden Inn near Heathrow. Confusing having two Hiltons with the same name, I thought I booked at the one at Heathrow. I booked the one about 10 minutes away, still convenient, plus they have a shuttle for a small fee. Clean room, liked the smaller dining room/ bar area, staff was excellent especially Alin at the bar area, super friendly, helpful suggestions on a local beer on tap. Food was great! Kudos to Alin!!👏

The hotel was lovely and clean, the bar was quite slow to get a drink and the food wasn’t great. The cod wasn’t crispy the chicken in the crispier chicken noodles was warmed up and the steak and ale pie has way to much cheese in and wasn’t eaten. Also had to then pay £18 to park over night.

Comfortable hotel conveniently located for an early morning flight from Heathrow. The room was very nice, but due to insufficient ventilation the bathroom ceiling showed signs of mould. The shower screen wasn't watertight at the bottom, resulting in water flooding the floor when showering.
