The apartment itself is on the second floor, quietly tucked away to the back of the building, overlooking a quiet private courtyard, ensuring peace and tranquillity despite the vibrant location. It offers 70 square metres of contemporary living space and comprises of two double bedrooms, featuring UK King Size beds ( 150 x 200 ) with comfortable pocket sprung - memory foam combination mattresses, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and entrance hall. We just completed 9 nights at this location in the Bayswater/Notting Hill area, and had a terrific experience. The place is as advertised. It’s not huge, but it’s certainly large enough for our purposes. The building also has an elevator, which was a big help! The biggest pro is the location, it’s so close to 2 Tube stations, so you can easily get just about anywhere in London. Lastly, the communication with the host- absolute perfection- he checked in prior to the stay, during the stay, prior to checkout, and again afterwards. Love the communication! The only “con” is not really a knock on the space- we visited during a record-setting heat wave. Most apartments in the London area do not have A/C (and neither does this one). Even with the fans provided, we found it to be quite warm, but it was a record-setting heat wave, so it was warm everywhere we went. When we re-visit London, we won’t hesitate to stay here (though we might pick a date a few weeks later to ensure more autumnal temperatures)! ##### Matthew W. It is excellently located by two metro stops, Queensway and Bayswater. The street is close to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and much more. The owner was always very quick to respond and communicated well throughout the process. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and the kitchen had everything that we needed for cooking. The property itself had everything we needed, and more. The check-in and check-out went smoothly, and Rafael was wonderful to work with on getting us ready for coming to London. It was so nice to have lots of advice for him, with several options of things we could do while we were there!
