They provided all items for breakfast, including a nice bowl of fruit. All kinds of tea and coffee were available. The only drawback is the apartment is small. If you don’t need the sofa for a bed, then it would give you more room. The bathroom is very small. If you were a heavy person, I don’t think you could get between the toilet and the sink. Stoyan and Elfida were wonderfully helpful, with sandwiches and a bowl of fruit when we arrived. The apartment is very well supplied with, well, everything, even washing machine soap. Small, a miniscule shower, a clothes washer and dryer (all in one unit) that took an interminable amount of time (14 hours) to wash and fully dry a load. We didn’t do any cooking and I’m not sure the kitchen was up for it. The unit was at the high end of what I was willing to pay and that amount was justified primarily because of its location in the heart of the West End theater district near Covent Garden. Just off New Oxford Street at the top of Shaftesbury Avenue, it was quiet even though above a restaurant. Accommodation is small but very well thoughout with comfortable bed (and sofabed) and every last thing thought of &provided (extra extension leads, plugins for devices, cupboard with essentials inc tea coffee sugar oil cereals and milk in the fridge not forgetting a full fruit bowl!) Bathroom is small but modern with plenty loo rolls & shower is hot, hand and bodywash provided of course. Heating is good - we had a bit of trouble working this at first, but Elfida was quick to send us visual instructions. Excellent bakery just across the road at the top of Shaftesbury Avenue.
