This is a hotel room taken up mostly by the bed with a bathroom and toilet. It was clean and secure and perfect for an overnight stay at the airport. Good for no more than two days. I you want a regular hotel with room comfort this is not for you. That being said it was perfect for getting up ready for your flight the next day

Very conveniently located directly in Heathrow Terminal 3, so was great for our early morning flight. Stayed as a family of 5 in one of the family rooms for which they also provided a small baby crib, which was really helpful. Room size was good for our room type and was clean & modern. While the room was small and windowless, it was super clean and efficient and right in Terminal 3. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the departures in Terminal 3, so it was super convenient. I would absolutely stay here again if I have an early morning flight or need a brief stopover.

So much more than I expected. Room was nice - beds were large and comfortable. Room comes with water bottled, hot chocolate, tea and cookies! Staff is very nice. Very convenient to catch and early flight. The tube runs through the airport and you can take an easy trip into town

Simple room. Not a lot of bells and whistles. It’s an excellent and convenient place to stay for a long transit (18+ hours). Since there is no bag storage, I wish there was an agreement with the luggage storage opposite the hotel for discounts or free storage under a certain length of time.
