Lift/elevator access provides convenience for travellers. A selection of one and two bedroom apartments are available, each with its own splash of personality and all with sofa beds for additional guests. Some even offer views of the London skyline. The spaces are ideal for couples, business travellers and groups. The Space: This fabulous apartment is designed with the urban traveller in mind and is located on a quiet side street away from the main bustle. Approach the apartment via the third floor as you come out of the passenger lift (or elevator!) and then immediately walk through the hallway into the large reception room with three large windows and wooden floors. The reception room features a large sofa bed and dining area with tv. The open plan kitchen features a washing machine so that you can do some laundry and travel light, a dishwasher because who wants to do the dishes by hand, toaster and kettle, fridge, stove/hob, oven and microwave. We know how important it is for people with special dietary requirements to prepare food for themselves rather than rely on the understanding and cooperation of restaurants and you may not want to eat out all the time, so we make sure you have the added choice of self catering. Of course, there are plenty of pots and pans, cutlery and crockery for you to use. The bedroom is away from the street with a freshly made queen size bed with hotel quality bed linen, wardrobes with hangers, plenty of drawer space, TV, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and good quality towels for all guests. The modern bathroom with shower over will provide you with some toiletries on arrival. We also put together a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and some snacks for when you arrive. The owner sends out lots of information about the location, check in process, stores nearby etc. There were three small things that we noticed. Throughout our stay I think we killed 100 ants. Always on the counter, never anywhere else. Secondly, the safe did not appear to work. Maybe it’s because we had no instruction on how to open it, but we couldn’t get it to work. Lastly, the batteries on the tv remote were next to dead, so it was difficult to turn on and off. To us, these weren’t major problems and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! ##### Bryan F. Spacious and very clean on arrival were the pros. Cons were the lift wasn’t working which I hadn’t been told, not great when you have a heavy bag with you on arrival, but manageable the rest of the time, and other con was the mattress. I’ve slept on some bad mattresses in my time but this was up there with the worst. Bathroom was clean, kitchen was clean, some supplies left for use like washing up liquid and washing powder so that made life easy. Customer service and response time to questions was great, really helpful all the time.
