The spectacular yard area features a heated jacuzzi spa, plus an in ground salt water pool, an outdoor BBQ grill lounge area and a covered outdoor dining area. Casa Zen is livable luxury – perfectly suited for relaxing in the Lo de Marcos, just four blocks to the beach.  
  
THE INTERIOR LIVING SPACES –  
  
Casa Zen has all the appointments that you would expect from a luxury home – fabulous new kitchen and bathrooms, designer decor, high end appliances and fixtures, high-speed internet, a large flat screen TV in the Living room and comfortable bedrooms. The free flowing floor plan provides enough space for your entire group to spread out and enjoy. Bright, light and modern, this property is unique in Lo de Marcos.  
  
THE OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES –  
  
This designer home is all about easy living and relaxing in the sunshine. Beautifully landscaped and completely walled for privacy, the beautiful setting offers a lovely in ground pool with integrated Jacuzzi! With all of the amenities you want on vacation … it’s the perfect place for living the good life.  
  
THE BEDROOMS –  
  
There are three bedrooms, each feature hotel-quality mattresses, and a large closet. Bedroom #1 has 2 twin beds and one double size and Bedroom #2 has two double sized beds, The Master Suite offers a King Sized bed, sitting area with a nice flat screen TV, mini fridge for beverages in your room and direct access to a beautiful upstairs balcony that looks down onto the yard and pool.
