"Two problems when I went to room reception said they would sort it but they never did We could not get the telly working we got two channels but could not make it work properly. When I told reception next day they said we should have rung down we were in Bed! Breakfast very good excellent staff . The pie for dinner disappointing. "The hotel is ideally situated for exploring north wales. From check in to check out our weekend stay was excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We ate in the bar and the restaurant and can recommend both. Breakfast is self serve with a good selection of options. The building was well heated and the rooms were comfortable. This was a second visit and definitely won’t be the last."
