"The hosts are great and nothing is too much trouble. There is a great car park and the hotel is ideally located for everything Llandudno has to offer. Our room was spotlessly clean with everything required for a comfortable stay. There is a comprehensive breakfast menu with something for everyone. The breakfasts were perfectly cooked and the coffee was great. The lounge was great for relaxing with our friends after exploring Llandudno. The hotel bar is well stocked with quality bottled beer, cider and lager, wine and spirits at very reasonable rates. Highly Recommended"

"Recently decorated room and all very clean and tidy, very pleased with breakfast selection of hot and cold choices. Also choice of coffees in the machine. Only problem was with the shower head in the bracket in the cubicle. Was leaking. Reported to reception and said they will sort. Would definitely stay again, staff helpful."
