We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and the standard was very high. From the moment we arrived Simon was very welcoming and explained how the hotel worked. Our sea view room was superb and could not be faulted. Breakfast was preordered and was of high quality. Simon gave us excellent advice on how to get to a site where we had stayed 42 yrs ago, the hotel was demolished a number of yrs ago and we followed his recommendation of the location of a high quality cafe on the way. Very clean, quiet and modern stay. Room had everything we needed and is located in a fantastic place in Llandudno. Breakfast was lovely and they are accommodating to vegetarians. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Not a complaint just a note- we couldn't park on site as we couldn't get our car up the road (car is a mid size SUV). A home away from home. Second year we’ve been here and it is perfect! The views are to die for, Carrie and Mike are phenomenal hosts and the rooms are huge, clean and have everything you need.

Perfect hotel for few nights away. Nice sized room, has everything you need, comfy bed, tv. WiFi is provided. decent sized bathroom, owner / staff was really friendly would highly recommend. Literally 2 minute walk to beach. Was nice to sit out in the evening. Can’t really complain.

The owners have done a wonderful job in making the hotel spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated with every bit of detail. Even the car park and waste bins are immaculate. The breakfasts are cooked and presented in a style that could compete with a Michelin chef. Easy walking distance to the main town with beautiful sea views. It’s a gem and a credit to the owners. Our stay was excellent, clean & very comfortable room, Nigel and Kath were very nice host nothing was to much trouble for them if you needed anything. Breakfast was really good choice of cereal, fruit, yogurt, toast, full English breakfast, fruit juice & tea or coffee. Lovely dining room very homely and comfortable very well set out. Charming B and B , well positioned for the village amenities. Very nice hosts , delightful room and tasty breakfast . Would definitely recommend and revisit if returning to the area .

Upgraded to deluxe room! Absolutely lovely with huge bed and bedroom, jacuzzi in bath and his n hers bathrobes! Coffee making facilities. Gorgeous cooked breakfast with cereals and fruit too.
