"Everything about the hotel was excellent; particularly the friendly and efficient staff. BUT wouldn't go again, sadly, because of the lack of parking which, accepted is not the Hotel's fault. Only solution we could think of is some form of valet parking."

"A lovely hotel on situated towards the northern end of the promenade in Llandudno. The communal areas both inside and out are lovely and the staff are very friendly. The food served in the restaurant is tasty and well priced. We paid for breakfast to be included and it was delicious. We had a room with a sea view located at the front of the property and it was lovely and clean. The bed was very comfortable, too. I have stayed at this property multiple times and would recommend it. Parking is also free outside the hotel, but it is first come first served. O"
