"Very pleasantly surprised by all aspects of the hotel. Very clean, the pool was quiet, everything was working, the jacuzzi nice and "strong", the steam room nice and hot with a eucalyptus scent. The changing room was very tidy and clean. We will be back"

"Reception staff need trained to use their words rather than wave their arms. I couldn’t check out online as I had a bill query but the guy at reception was busy on the phone and just waved his arms at customers at the desk. Rude!"
