"We had a wonderful stay from 7 to 11 August. The facilities were ideal, especially with the stormy weather, as were the location and breakfast. Mike, the concierge, was extremely helpful providing us with all the help and recommendations we needed! Great and professional service. Would definitely recommend Pullman Central to friends."

"This hotel is located in a great area within walking distance of the French Concession and it has a great buffet breakfast — the best out of the three hotels we stayed at in China in terms of variety and flavor across East and West. Many staff are English speaking, especially the concierge and the front desk, and were very welcoming, responsive, and helpful at all times. The property consists of several buildings, but it is easy to walk from one to another or take the buggy. The rooms are spacious but a little dated in terms of decor (dark wood) and the lighting is a little dim, but the beds were very comfortable and we loved the abundance of storage and great bathroom space. Overall, a great experience and value."
