The upgraded room was on 22nd floor and it was updated and clean, not huge but I was by myself and king size bed was more than enough. The staff are all super friendly and helpful, and they are all super eager to help whenever I have some questions. My breakfast experience however could have been improved as both of my day there consisted of some loud arguments either between staff and staff or staff and customers while we were eating.
