"Had a fantastic night away at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The gym, swimming pool, sauna, and steam room were all very well maintained and provided excellent facilities to enjoy during our visit. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful, which really added to the overall experience. The only slight disappointment was the television in the room. It was quite old and didn’t have internet connectivity, so it wasn’t possible to connect a Fire Stick or access streaming services. However, this was only a minor issue and did not detract from what was otherwise a very enjoyable stay. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would happily return in the future."

"Lovely sized room, shower not very clean 沈. Comfortable bed. Dinner very good. Staff (young slim male with brown hair) not very attentive or professional in providing a very good customer experience, spoilt dinner ☹️. He looked very disinterested. Breakfast was good, female staff young lady, with afro hair, very good. Reception check in very good, professional and attentive. Reception check out, not so good, unfortunately unprofessional."

"The hotel was very comfortable, and its location near the city center made it easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 for one reason. Our room was advertised as a nice window room, but the window looked into a dirty structure with barbed wire, inside the building, overlooking the lounge. I kept the curtains closed the whole stay because looking out gave me the major ick. I would suggest covering those windows with an opaque film that still lets light through, so guests don't have to see the garbage right outside."
