Great: Staff was very helpful and nice. Rooms were clean. Housekeeping did a great job. Breakfast was good. Beachfront seating on the patio, net bed etc were awesome. A really nice place to stay! Good: Hotel is located near bars and is not a quiet place at night but it was no surprise to us de to reviews mentioning it. There are some good places to eat and drink at 20 second walk down the beach. It's a good location, just know what to expect! Meh: This may be an island thing and I don't know if I'm out of line here, but hallways and the bathroom smelled a bit... like a sewer? It sounds terrible and you're not going to gag from it but just be aware if you're sensitive in that way. Again, don't know that's just an island infrastructure thing. And just to be clear, it wouldn't stop us from booking it again. But there is definitely a weird smell going on with plumbing at the hotel. TL;DR: Good fun location, nice staff, good breakfast, and clean rooms. Smells a bit weird though, but not a deal breaker and might be an island or seasonal thing.

Location is a bit walk from Chaweng beach happening areas. But this brings some well deserved quiet as well. The hotel itself is perfectly arranged - everything is in close proximity. Walking from the sea to bar area is a bit walk up the stairs but frankly not an issue. Rooms were practical and well furnished.
