I was so impressed with this spot. I was a solo female traveller and I really felt so safe and comfortable for my whole stay. I didn’t interact a ton with the staff but anytime I did they were super friendly. I also stayed in the older portion and it’s absolutely adorable. Matches the pictures perfectly. Such a vibe. 10/10 recommend :) location is lovely too. Walking distance to so much.

Nicely set up, efficient, clean room close to the hot area. Great AC, no mold. Good pool, however it’s in a small area surrounded by the buildings so no real lounge chairs and usually in the shade. Great for cooling off.

Excellent aircon. Didn't try the pool this time as our guest room (#304) was in the newer building near reception (as opposed to across the road from reception where we stayed 6 days previously and where we did enjoy the pool). Unfortunately there were some really weird thumping, crashing and bashing noises going on directly above our room...almost like renovations except it went on until 2am and started again early Sunday morning. Overall, it didn't affect our stay that much and the location of the Villager is simply fabulous to enjoy the strip that comes alive at night time.

Wir waren zu zweit als Paar für 5 Nächte da. Unser Zimmer 2ter Stock 224(höchster) hinten das letzte Zimmer. JFI: es gibt nur Treppen. Sehr ruhiges, sauberes Zimmer. Reinigung ist alle 2 Tage. Täglich wird je 0,5l Wasser aufgefüllt. Die Lage ist PERFEKT, sehr zentral, jedoch extrem ruhig. In 30 Sekunden ist die berühmte Night Market zu erreichen + seveneleven. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und würden es definitiv weiterempfehlen. JFI: an Regentagen fließt manchmal etwas Wasser durch die Decke (Nähe Kleiderstange), nach kurzem Schock habe ich paar Tshirts draußen getrocknet :-D
