The stay was really good. The room was cleaned really well everyday. Breakfast was AMAZING and they catered to all our needs including bringing out the mangoes whenever I wanted one. The iced coffee was BEAUTIFUL!!! Everything tasted fresh and I would definitely recommend for a muslim couple (all the chicken is halal). The lady at the front of the restaurant is one of the kindest people I have ever met (sorry I don’t remember her name). The use of the kayaks was also a great feature. Just as an improvement: in order for the hotel to be Muslim friendly, make the plunge pool area more private. I came with the intention of being able to use the pool however the neighbouring room could see into our pool so I didn’t get to use it. And also make the paths leading to the rooms brighter so everyone feels comfortable leaving their rooms after sunset. Overall: The hotel felt like a spa, an amazing place to switch off and rewind. With a few minor tweaks this would be a hotel I’d return to every single year. Bath ribes, shower gel and hand wash were provided, but no moisturiser. Travel toothbrushes, shower caps and cotton buds also provided, as well as bath robes. Swim towels and bath towels were in each room, as well as pool towels on the sun beds. Service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. I will start by saying that the customer service is really top notch! Unfortunately, there were two significant errors in connection to how the resort is presented on Hotels.com and at least one other website that are worth noting right away: 1) THERE IS NO ONSITE SPA. Apparently, this was discontinued sometime during COVID, but this booking site still lists it in detail. I came expecting to have a restful retreat and was very disappointed to learn on arrival that I would have to leave the resort for a spa. However, I will say the spa they recommended was excellent and provided transportation for me. 2) For Hotels.com status members it says you get roundtrip transport from the airport, which was apparently some miscommunication between the companies. After much runaround, the hotel did offer me this service that was in my booking. Hopefully, this has now been removed or otherwise corrected. The property is lovely and tucked away. A small beach area & a bit rocky, but still nice. I found that it was generally very quiet and relaxing ambience. All the staff are extremely kind and do their best to be helpful. Villa 1 where I stayed is right next to the main resort pool and initially severely lacked privacy - when I brought this to their attention, they erected a bamboo fence the same day, so I could better enjoy my patio and pool area!! The food is good, included breakfast suitable. Room service is offered at no additional cost - a bonus! Zugang zum Meer nur von 2 Hotels aus, wodurch der Strand sehr leer ist. Es sind genug liegen am Pool und der Pool an sich ist auch toll und bietet ganztägig schattige Plätze. Die Villen mit eigenem kleinen Pool sind natürlich ein Traum. Zimmer wurden immer fein säuberlichst gereinigt. Danke an die Reinigungskolonne. Das Restaurant ist natürlich etwas teurer, allerdings auch sehr lecker. Viele Lokalitäten und ein 7-Eleven sind in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Zu unserem Zeitpunkt waren kaum andere Leute dort, es war ruhig & Liegen am Strand sowie am großen Pool immer frei. Das Frühstück war überschaubar aber sehr gut. Der Strand war im großen und ganzen sehr schön und auch dauber, ins Meer hinaus konnte man allerdings nur wenn der Wasserspiegel hoch genug war da man sonst große Steine überwinden musste - war aber ab Nachmittag immer der Fall. In der Nähe des Resort gab es einen seven eleven zum Einkaufen und mehrere Lokale um abends Essen zu gehen. Wir würden sicher nochmal kommen weil wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Alle sehr freundlich, nett, höflich. Reisezeitraum 1-12 Oktober.
