Last minute stay over without a booking, made it there and then, got upgraded to a suite for no extra charge. Chap on the check in desk very friendly, good approach to customer service. Dinner was quite nice, good selection of gins and drinks at the bar

This hotel has better faciltirs than practically any in which we have stayed. It fell a little short of expectations on quality of personal service. A helpful junior staff but management don't make any effort to welcome guests and make sure that everything is to their satisfaction.

All the staff were really polite and helpful even though the hotel was very busy. We only stayed for 1 night but we were totally relaxed and thouroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay here again
