"Excellent apartment, comfy bed, large balcony. Arrived late, but check in was still quick & easy. Deposit returned in 2 days, cannot fault the hosts. Only downside, no scissors or wooden utensils for cooking (I really don't want to damage the non-stick frying pan), but not really a complaint. Overall great apartment & value for money, will stay again."

"The Junior Suite is an excellent room. Very spacious. Bar meals are excellent and staff were friendly and were working really hard. Water pipes can be a bit noisy at around 5am..but that's a little thing against a lovely room, good shower and clean hotel. The spa is good. The steam room and sauna are just average size and can get full. The hotel is lovely and a great place to stay. Good for visiting Coventry and Leicester and the surrounding areas. Would recommend it."
