"The rooms were spotless, quality furnishings and a well equipped kitchen.
Close to the airport and the host helped arrange transport.
Good value. We will stay here again."

We stayed at Le Roy Hotel as a last minute decision, having visited Barbados a few times we found this hotel previously Infinity on the beach.
We were welcomed by the reception staff who were friendly and efficient, organising our lovely sea view room.
The room and the rest of the hotel were immaculately clean, with beautiful gardens a credit to the gardener.
Our favourite part of the hotel was the bar and restaurant, the food was a really high standard and the cocktails did the trick!...

Harriet was waiting at the airport which was lovely
which we had arranged before hand and I kept in contact about flight delay.
She took us to there apartment and showed us around
which was great .
We had a lovely time just for 1 night as we were off to St Vincent the next day.
We have been to Barbados before and will go again at some point so will definitely stay here next time .

This was our first time staying in Barbados and at the hotel. We had a 1-bedroom Queen suite with ocean view. Very spacious, well equipped and fabulous view overlooking the pool and ocean. Plenty of sun beds available every day; parking for our vehicle; and some great restaurants all within a short walking distance. Staff were great and we would definitely return to The South Gap.

Visited the hotel in 2007 and 2008 and amazed that Reggie still remembered us after all that time when we returned in August this year!
Hotel was quiet (but so was the whole area including the Gap) and the one bedroom apartment was good although could do with a lick of paint.
The hotel is on the beach, which never had more than a dozen people on it ,and sunbeds, towels, umbrellas were easy - no getting up at dawn to reserve. Walking into the sea is like walking into a warm bath and nice and...

This is a lovely little gem of a hotel. Perfectly placed for the beautiful Miami Beach opposite, down a quiet little side road but close enough to stroll into Oistins. Very handy for the Friday Fish Fry (but the little stalls sell delicious fish dishes all week).
Our room was large with a huge four poster, settee, table, chairs, coffee machine, kettle and a selection of tea and coffee. A big bathroom with lovely toiletries and an outside private patio with settee, table and sun loungers....

Our room was really lovely, with a great balcony looking over the polls to the sea. The bed was really comfy, though as is often the case overloaded with pillows/cushions, and the shower was excellent.
There was a well-equipped kitchenette with fridge, freezer, microwave and 2 hobs, plus plenty of crockery etc. There was a kettle and a filter coffee machine, but no tea bags or coffee. When we enquired about this we were told the Bouganvillea is a "self-catering hotel", which is a pretty...

As a family of four we had a lovely stay at divi south winds.
Right in the heart of the famous gap but spacious enough to feel a world away & still right by the beach.
Our first time but will not be our last. :-)

Myself and my wife went to the Coral Mist Beach Hotel because IT was self catering and it had its own beach and we were NOT disappoint at all. Yes it was not modern and needs a revamped BUT everything else was spot on. Every day we sunbathed on the beautiful beach over looking the stunning Carribean sea and every night we watched baby turtles come out of the sand and we helped them to the sea and even watched a mother laying her 100+ eggs!! The staff were lovely especially the bar staff and Paul...

The best area to stay in Lead Vale, Christ Church, Barbados, is along the coast, particularly around Worthing Beach and St. Lawrence Gap.
Worthing Beach offers a beautiful stretch of white sand and clear, calm waters, great for swimming and relaxation. The main road, Highway 7, runs parallel to the beach, making it easy to access. You'll find a range of accommodations here, from boutique hotels to larger resorts, all within walking distance of the shore.
Couples looking for a relaxing beach holiday will find Worthing Beach ideal. The tranquil waters and easy access to beachside dining make it a great spot for unwinding. Many hotels in this area offer direct beach access, allowing for spontaneous dips in the sea.
St. Lawrence Gap, just east of Worthing, is another excellent option, especially for those who appreciate a lively evening scene combined with daytime beach access. "The Gap," as it's known, is a strip of road lined with restaurants, bars, and shops, leading directly to small, pleasant beaches. It's a convenient area for finding a variety of dining options and enjoying local entertainment.
Solo travellers who enjoy socialising and having amenities close by will appreciate St. Lawrence Gap. Its compact layout means everything is within easy reach, from a quick bite to eat to a vibrant evening out.
