I recommend an inchannel door for the bathroom. Toilet with no room to sit and stretch your right leg. Wasnt cleaned properly with dirty glass and spider webs. You can get rid of the small fridge, not needed since you have 24hr kitchen in the downstairs. "

"The porch is lovely and has wonderful views. We really enjoyed sitting outside and watching the birds. The apartment is right next to an entrance to the rainforest, and there is a road near the apartment that we walked up that had amazing views and a guava tree. The inside of the apartment is very gray and dreary, almost no light, and the furniture, towels, and linens are cheap but serviceable. No bedside lamps, and nowhere near the bed to plug your phone in. There was a fake Christmas tree and a couple fake poinsettias up, even though it was mid-March/Lent when we were there - it seemed like they aren't paying that much attention. The host was easy to communicate with and brought us some additional kitchen stuff when we told her that there was no can opener, kitchen towels, colander, etc. The showers were really nice, and we were able to get the hot tub to heat up, but it took about 14 hours to go from 83 F to 100 F, so definitely make increasing its temperature the first thing you do."

"The neighborhood is easy to access, very safe and quiet. Super close to groceries, Quioscos, El Yunque, & just minutes from many great beaches.The host is incredibly attentive. We didn't need much from him, but he was always quick to respond and he was very helpful with all of our needs.The house itself was beyond a dream. Pictures don't do it justice. So much beautiful space to enjoy. BBALL court was a lovely bonus.Kitchen fully stocked w/cooking equipment. Very modern interior. Beds were comfy-Master is huge."

"What an amazing stay! Everything from start to finish. Home/location is beautiful and pictures don’t do it justice. Host was so helpful and responsive with my multiple questions- she even provided a walker for our busy 11 month old and a birthday treat for me . Location is perfect. Just a short drive to many beaches, activities and stores. Beach chairs, coolers, wagon and toys were wonderful! We loved our stay! Grab this home before someone else does, you won’t regret it! Thank you Tracye for being such a fantastic host and helping our vacation be nothing short of amazing!"
