A Beautiful Home Located Close To Beaches, Rain Forest, Golfing And Much More!

Enjoy a beautiful and spacious home located within Hacienda Paloma gated community. The house is fully furnished with 4 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms sleeping up to 8 -10 people comfortably. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, walk in closet, and a full bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. Two rooms each have a queen sized bed and one room has two twin beds. There are TV’s in 3 of the bedrooms and a very large one in the living room. Outside, there is luxurious patio area that is fully furnished including a BBQ grill, bar area, and a large landscaped yard with forest views!

loved the house. We were a family of eight adults. the rooms were perfect. The owner was prompt on everything that we needed. the community pool was right next to the apt. Luquillo Beach was gorgeous. I will stay again.

Great Host and comfy place

This property is very spacious, clean and safe. Joel provides everything we need. He's very responsive and answered all questions I had. Very joyful experience staying in the house. I will refer my friends and family to stay in this property if they visit Puerto Rico.

Great week in Puerto Rico

The house was spacious and comfortable. Check in was easy. We had the pool to ourselves most of the week. The house was close enough that we could do day trips to rain forest, beach, Fajardo for bioluminescent bay and a snorkeling day. Overall, nice stay.

Great rental!

This is our 3rd stay at Joel’s place! When I first looked it was booked for our dates so I viewed other rentals—read reviews about lost power, no water—basically a nightmare vacation. Joel’s rental has a new battery storage and we’ve never lost water or power! He was available anytime for questions (even with our 2am arrival time).Well stocked-my kids loved the beach toys! The pool right Nextdoor is a nice break from the nearby (amazing beach!) Close to everything-but in a quiet safe neighborhood. Can’t wait to visit next year!

2nd time staying

Clean, well stocked, spacious place as advertised. Great location—close to beach, rainforest and grocery/pharmacy. Short drive to restaurants in central town area and kiosks. 4 adults and two kids-plenty of room for everyone. Love the outdoor covered patio! This was out 2nd time staying at Joel’s place. My kids are already asking if we can go again next year!

Family vacation review

The stay here was overall great! We did have some concerns with the air conditioner leaking, and the stove where we had to call for maintenance. The problems were resolved very quickly for the most part. Otherwise, this was amazing for my family and I. Very clean, amazing location, near a bunch of food and shops and a really nice beach. Overall we were more than happy with our stay!

Quiet & close to nature

The one thing to note about this property is that there is no dishwasher. We didn't need it, but if you are someone that is allergic to washing a few dishes, you may want to look elsewhere. Joel was great to work with, the property was clean, and right where we wanted to be - away from the traffic of San Juan and closer to nature.

The house was better than expected. The pictures do not do it justice. It was located in a agreat location, very close to the beach. Joel was attentive to our needs. There were a few things that didn't work. The light in the family room and the front door-we could not figure out how to open it. We just used the garage and it was fine.

Loved our stay!

We had an amazing time, and can’t wait to go back! The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of room, and close to the beach, the rainforest, and other activities. The back patio was the perfect place to play games and hang out. There were a few kitchen cabinets that were a bit loose, but didn’t affect usability, and I must have misunderstood about the pool when I read the VRBO post regarding the pool. I thought it was at the house, but it is at the amenity center, which is literally a few hundred feet away. Not a big deal, as we spent our time exploring beaches. Also appreciated reading the logbook that previous renters had written in, suggesting places to go!

Good stay

The home and site were clean and reasonably comfortable. While it is called the beach house, it is not within walking distance to the beach. Maybe a five-minute drive depending on the beach you want. There is no dishwasher, but that just made the family interact over doing the dishes. No big deal for us. TV access to any channels or streaming was no existent, but we all read books anyway. The bedrooms were large and comfortable with plenty of storage. The patio was great for morning sun.

Excellent communication

The best thing about this stay was that I had efficient communication with Joel. Any question that I had was answered immediately. Beautiful, comfortable home that was very secure. Biggest problem I had was understanding how to use the gate system the first time. That being said, I was less than a minute before the guard came out and showed me what to do. So really my biggest problem was no problem at all. Great stay thanks to Joel.

Great location and beautiful views.

This home was amazing! We stayed with my sister, my 3 kids and I as well as my fiancé and his 2 kids. I frequent the island but I wanted my family to also experience this beautiful place and needed something that could accommodate the 8 of us and this home was perfect, clean, spacious, and has a beautiful forestry backyard view. Just a few minutes from the rainforest, Luquillo beach, and the Kioskos and about 25 minute drive to seven seas beach where they have amazing snorkeling and only 30 minutes from the ferry to get to Culebra or Vieques islands. This home is much quieter and peaceful than what you will find in San Juan and the neighborhood is in a gated community, safe and small. Joel was also great and worked with me on a late checkout as our flights did not leave until the middle of the night and we had small children, he was always quick to respond and I am so thankful that we got the opportunity to stay in his rental home and we look forward to staying again.

Joel was an amazing host. Before our check in he called to introduce himself and ensure I had contact information to connect with him if needed. When I did reach out he was very responsive, responding quicky with the information requested. My family and I truly enjoyed our time at this beautiful property. It had everything needed for a beach vacay and was very spacious nicely accommodating my family of 7!

4 Night Stay

The unit was perfect size for the family with 5 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was useful as we cooked most of our meals. We were able to clean our clothes in the washer before taking our cruise. The beach toys were nice and the water hose in the garage.
