"Absolutely wonderful home. Short drive to Luquillo beach/kiosks and Fajardo. Incredible views of the ocean. So well stocked with everything that all we had to buy was food. Pool table was a huge hit with the teens. Property was clean and owners were incredibly responsive. Would book again 100%. "

"Communication was great, host was helpful and replies were in a timely manner. Room was clean, my dislikes shoot room is there is no counter or dresser space, had to use kitchen table. Also, we only had hot water the first day, the rest of our stay was cold showers. There are no pool chairs around pool, grill had no propane tank. Scenery was gorgeous and it was very quiet and peaceful. "

"The neighborhood is easy to access, very safe and quiet. Super close to groceries, Quioscos, El Yunque, & just minutes from many great beaches.The host is incredibly attentive. We didn't need much from him, but he was always quick to respond and he was very helpful with all of our needs.The house itself was beyond a dream. Pictures don't do it justice. So much beautiful space to enjoy. BBALL court was a lovely bonus.Kitchen fully stocked w/cooking equipment. Very modern interior. Beds were comfy-Master is huge."

"We are a family of 14 (10 adults, 4 kids) that stayed in the house to celebrate an 80th birthday. Pros:-Incredible views from the large porch and the pool-Clean-Spacious layout, a lot of bathrooms and large kitchen -Quiet, peaceful and private location -Pool-Large Blackstone bbqCons:-We had issues with plumbing but we were reimbursed for the inconvenience. House manager said it would updated before the next renter. Strongly recommend a follow up with this before renting.-House needs a cosmetic overhaul, the pics don't clearly show the age and use of the house.This is not a luxe house so don't expect it to be. We prefer staying in houses that have a comfortable layout and great views versus top of the line amenities and sterile surroundings, especially with kids!Diana, house manager, is a great communicator and responded quickly to all the plumbing issues.We would definitely return if the above cons were fixed.Overall, we had a lovely time and made great memories. "

"The real test of any experience is "Would you pay to do it again?" Absolutely yes. We had 10 adults and 9 children at this home and it was very spacious and accomodating. The property people took good care of us and responded to issues quickly. The only thing keeping this from being a five star rating is the hot water heater was undersized for so many bathrooms. Very clean pool and it was serviced twice while we were there. Turned out to be a good place to take family photos with diverse backgrounds in the backyard. All in all very good experience. Wish we could give half stars - 4.5."
