"This was a very unique experience. The lodging was a shipping container and we went to sleep to the sound of coqui frogs and woke up to roosters crowing. The hosts were so personable and the breakfast was amazing, probably the best we had during our entire visit to the island. They have a friendly, but excitable dog. "We loved everything about the property. Make sure you have a 4 wheel drive or good SUV to navigate the road to the property. But once you are there, you will be enchanted with the amazing property, the views, the pool and all of the magical forest sounds around you. Bring all your food and drinks and enjoy this amazing property. I wasn't able to add pictures to this review for some reason but you will be amazed at the interiors and views. "

"We had a lovely stay at Lucky Luquillo! Egypt messaged us several times to make sure all was well and to see if we needed anything. It was refreshing to know she was looking out for us. The house is tucked away in a little neighborhood. We didn’t have any trouble finding it because the directions were perfect. It is only a short distance from the Luquillo kioskos where you can find several restaurants and shops. We also drove into “downtown” Luquillo to eat dinner a couple of nights. It is also close to the Luquillo beach, which is very nice with restrooms, showers, and food. The house is spacious with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. There are 2 kitchens, but we all used the upstairs kitchen the most. Egypt had provided new appliances, paper towels, aluminum foil, and even some food items. The only recommendation would be a few extra coffee mugs for the coffee lovers. A couple mugs have been well-loved and have a crack. It may be beneficial to have a few more bowls with lids for things like watermelon, fruits, or leftovers. But those are just minor issues. We enjoyed having extra room for relaxing on the sofas, spending family time together. E has thought of everything, including bug spray and mosquito zappers for those little pests that come from living near the rainforest. There is a lovely garden in the back; she welcomes the guests to eat the mangoes, papayas, and avacadoes. What a treat!I only have good things to say and hope to come back some day!"
"We had a great stay at La Villa Primavera. Plenty of space for our family to be together but not feel crowded. There is a well appointed kitchen to prepare meals for a big group. The pool was wonderful, stocked with pool toys and plenty of towels for everyone. The neighborhood is quiet, close to grocery stores and all that Luquillo offers. We would definitely visit again. "One of the best VRBO properties I have stayed at! An outstanding location for our group of 15. We had children, adults, and an infant. We went to PR for a microwedding and selected this gem in proximity to El Yunque/beaches. From start to finish, the host Angel supported us with all of our needs. The customer service exceeded expectations! Communication before hand was warm and welcoming and we were allowed to drop off luggage early so that we could explore the area without worrying about our bags. The house is absolutely incredible. All the bedrooms are dark, cool, comfortable and modern. The pool is fabulous and there is every outdoor game you can think of: cornhole, giant Jenga, connect 4, pool table, ping pong, etc. the outdoor patio with covered seating made it so easy for us to be together in shade while others swam. I loved the egg chair and sat and wrote my vows while sipping some sparkling wine at sunset. There are mango trees on the property and the kids loved gathering their breakfast. The kitchen was so well-stocked and even had an espresso maker! It was a totally glamorous house indoors and out with excellent upkeep and modern styling. Lots of attention to details in the decor.My favorite part was how hospitable the owner’s policies are. There is no big list to complete upon checkout! Parking was easy and secure and the grounds had lots of room for kids to run around safely. And, Angel found my diamond necklace and shipped it to me! Trustworthy team!!"
