"It was very convenient for everything close to a lot of beaches, Walmart, fast foods and restaurants and the breakfast part even that we don't eat there was very nice. Very super clean and friendly staff. However you can hear everything a lot of noises in the evening from others staying there. Very small trash can just one. No even a small tv. We used the same towels the whole stay. No iron for the clothes. No much illumination for my wife make-up. And the pin from inside doesn't work I have to jump the fence to opening from outside in order to get out from there the last day. "

"The porch is lovely and has wonderful views. We really enjoyed sitting outside and watching the birds. The apartment is right next to an entrance to the rainforest, and there is a road near the apartment that we walked up that had amazing views and a guava tree. The inside of the apartment is very gray and dreary, almost no light, and the furniture, towels, and linens are cheap but serviceable. No bedside lamps, and nowhere near the bed to plug your phone in. There was a fake Christmas tree and a couple fake poinsettias up, even though it was mid-March/Lent when we were there - it seemed like they aren't paying that much attention. The host was easy to communicate with and brought us some additional kitchen stuff when we told her that there was no can opener, kitchen towels, colander, etc. The showers were really nice, and we were able to get the hot tub to heat up, but it took about 14 hours to go from 83 F to 100 F, so definitely make increasing its temperature the first thing you do."

"Our stay was absolutely amazing - I cannot say enough good things! We especially loved the deck off the kitchen it's the perfect spot for morning coffee and the view is just breathtaking. Our group of 10 ate all our meals out there as well! The pool area is also amazing - the pictures do not do it justice. Ric was a great host and helped us plan a wonderful vacation with a guided tour of El Yunque and a private boat charter to Palamino. One of the best VRBO's we've ever rented!"

"Beautiful grounds. Very comfortable and well-kept accommodations. Our family of 6 adults had plenty of space. Central point of access to El Yunque, Luquillo Beach, San Juan. Hector (host) was friendly and available. Would definitely stay again and hope to!"

"We would certainly recommend this stay to anyone. Very clean and owners very thoughtful and responsive. Easy access to main highways. Just needs a few more items in kitchen for avid cooks, but we didn’t want to cook on vacation anyway! We were able to route the wonderful AC from the bedrooms with the fan into living space. This worked very well. Thank you go a lovely stay! "

"What an amazing stay! Everything from start to finish. Home/location is beautiful and pictures don’t do it justice. Host was so helpful and responsive with my multiple questions- she even provided a walker for our busy 11 month old and a birthday treat for me . Location is perfect. Just a short drive to many beaches, activities and stores. Beach chairs, coolers, wagon and toys were wonderful! We loved our stay! Grab this home before someone else does, you won’t regret it! "Fabulous everything! The view, the ever accommodating and kind-hearted host, and the thoughtful amenities were the best. Sugar for coffee, salt and pepper on the table, pits and pans of all sorts, and even a big drawer of storage containers for leftovers. The layout was great, with several pleasant places for congregating, a nicely arranged kitchen, and a half bath by the pool. We were a group of 16 adults, all family members, and we did breakfast and at least one other meal at the house. All of us loved it. "
